关键组织的代谢稳态维持是保障奶牛高效、健康泌乳的前提.微量金属元素在动物生理代谢调节中发挥着核心作用,明确消化道、肝脏和乳腺等奶牛关键代谢器官稳态调控位点,并解析微量金属元素与细胞(细胞器、酶和功能基因)互作机制在代谢调控中的作用,可为实现奶牛持续健康高产提供理论基础.本文主要综述了维持奶牛关键代谢器官稳态的主效位点、微量金属元素参与细胞代谢的调控方式、微量金属元素对奶牛泌乳性能的调节效果,以期为奶牛代谢稳态调控提供新的思路.

Maintaining homeostasis status of key metabolic tissue in dairy cows plays a decisive role in metabolic disorder control and high-efficiency milk synthesis.In this process,metal trace elements plays a predominant role in physiological status regulation across different mammalian animals.Thus,clarification of molecular target in gut,liver and mammary gland as well as their biological interaction with cells(organelles,enzymes,and genes)of dairy cows can provide evidences for lactation persistency of dairy cows.Herein,we reviewed the decisive molecules in regulating cell homeostasis,regulatory mechanisms of metal trace elements in different perspectives of dairy cows including tissues,cells and genes.This review article provides the novel approach in homeostasis status regulation of high yielding dairy cows.
