兴安毛连菜显微特征常数与化学成分相关性研究
Study on the correlation between microscopic characteristic constants and chemical components of Picris davurica Fish.

Abstract
Objective To determine the microscopic characteristic constants of non-glandular hairs and the total flavonoid content in Picris davurica Fish.,and to explore the correlation between them.Methods The microscopic characteristic constants were determined by the microscopic quantitative method,and the total flavonoid content was determined by the NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH colorimetric method.The data of the microscopic characteristic constants and the total flavonoid content were analyzed for correlation using the SPSS 26.0 statistical software.Results There was a significant positive correlation between the microscopic characteristic constants of non-glandular hairs and the total flavonoid content in Picris davurica Fish.The regression equation of the microscopic characteristic constants of non-glandular hair with total flavonoid content was Y=10.698X+70.122.correlation coefficient r=0.860,coefficient of determination R2=0.739,F=22.638,P=0.002.Conclusion The determination of the microscopic characteristic constants of non-glandular hair in Picris davurica Fish.can provide a basis for its quality evaluation.关键词
