Research progress on cell migration of apical papilla cells
摘要
Abstract
The apical papilla cells(APCs)have the potential for multi-directional differentiation,self-renewal,and the ability to form dentin.Pulp regeneration is a new direction for clinical treatment of pulp and periapical diseases,in which the migration of APCs plays a crucial role.Therefore,studying the cell migration of APCs is of great significance.This paper systematically reviews the effects of different factors on the cell migration of APCs,including cytokines,extracellular matrix derivatives,inorganic materials,composite materials,inflammatory environment,physical factors,chemical factors,proteins and genes,as well as related signaling pathways involved in cell migration,providing research basis for their application in pulp regeneration therapy.关键词
