潘济生凉茶质量标准的建立
Establishment of quality standard for Pan Jisheng herbal tea

Abstract
Objective To establish quality standards for Pan Jisheng herbal tea,the inheritance formula of Pan Maoming's experience,in order to ensure the quality of the preparation and the efficacy of consumption.Methods Thin-layer chromatography(TLC)was used to determine the qualitative identification of Junchenzuo medicinal flavors such as Radix Isatidis,Flos Chrysanthemi,Radix Glycyrrhizae,and Eclipta prostrata in Pan Jisheng herbal tea.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the content of the active ingredient(R,S)-Gaoyichun in Banlangen in Pan Jisheng herbal tea.Results The TLC spots of Radix Isatidis,Flos Chrysanthemi,Radix Glycyrrhizae,and Eclipta prostrata were clear,with good resolution,and the negative control had no interference.In quantitative detection,there was a good linear relationship between(R,S)and Gaoyichun in the range of 1.00-16.00 μg/ml,linear regression equation:y=76.8103x-27.3341(R2=0.9991).The recovery rate of the sample was 105.82%(RSD=2.42%).Conclusion The established quality standard method for Pan Jisheng herbal tea is simple and feasible,with stable and reliable results,good repeatability,and can be well used for product quality control.关键词
