Meta-analysis on the safety and efficacy of paroxetine combined with tandospirone in the randomized controlled trial of monotherapy in the treatment of depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of paroxetine combined with tandospirone in the treatment of depression.Methods The domestic and foreign databases were searched by computer,and the meta-analysis was carried out with reference to Cochrane evaluation manual.Results A total of 10 randomized controlled trials involving 701 patients were included in this meta-analysis.It was shown by meta-analysis that:Compared with paroxetine monotherapy,the treatment group(paroxetine combined with tandospirone)could significantly alleviate the depressive symptoms,namely Hamilton depression scale score(P＜0.0001),Hamilton anxiety scale score(P＜0.000 01)and response rate(P=0.0008).There were no statistically significant differences in treatment emergent symptom scale score and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Compared with paroxetine monotherapy,tandospirone combo therapy can significantly alleviate depressive mood,improve clinical efficacy rate and have no difference in safety.关键词
