术前耳穴贴压促进腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复效果的meta分析
Meta-analysis of the effect of preoperative ear acupressure on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the impact of preoperative ear acupressure on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic surgery.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCT)on the impact of preoperative ear acupressure on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic surgery were retrieved in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Cochrane Library and Web of Science,etc.The time limit for literature retrieval was until June 30,2024.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literature screening,quality evaluation and data extraction were independently conducted by 2 researchers,and systematic evaluation was carried out by using RevMan 5.4 software.Results Finally,11 articles were included,with a total of 838 patients.The meta-analysis results showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in all of postoperative first exhaust time,first defecation time,first bowel sound time,abdominal distension incidence,and nausea and vomiting incidence than the control group(MD=-11.13,95%CI[-15.77,-6.50],P＜0.000 01;MD=-15.09,95%CI[-16.79,-13.39],P＜0.000 01;MD=-8.39,95%CI[-14.43,-2.35],P=0.006;OR=0.21,95%CI[0.13,0.32],P＜0.000 01;OR=0.27,95%CI[0.17,0.45],P＜0.000 01).Conclusion Preoperative ear acupressure can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of laparoscopic patients after operation.关键词
