T细胞亚群、脂联素在原发性干燥综合征患者病情评估中的价值
The diagnostic value of T cell subsets and adiponectin in assessment of-primary Sjögren syndrome patients

Abstract
Objective To analyze the impacts of T lymphocyte subsets and adiponectin(APN)in patients with primary Sjögren syndrome(pSS)and observe their roles in disease assessment.Methods Clinical data of patients with pSS admitted to the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of Heze Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were analyzed retrospectively,and they were divided into the observation group(n=52).Meanwhile,healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected and divided into the control group(n=52).Both groups underwent testing for T lymphocyte subsets and APN,and the above indices were compared between the two groups.Disease-related indices in pSS patients were detected and the correlations with T lymphocyte subsets,APN,immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and rheumatoid factor(RF)were analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the CD3+index between the observation group and the control group,without statistically significant difference(P＞0.05).The CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the CD8+index was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The APN level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,APN were positively correlated with IgM and IgG,and negatively correlated with RF and EULAR Sjögren syndrome disease activity index(ESSDAI)scores.CD8+were negatively correlated with IgM and IgG,and positively correlated with RF and ESSDAI scores(P＜0.05).The specificity and sensitivity of pSS evaluated by lymphocyte subpopulations and adiponectin combined were 94.33%and 95.33%,respectively(P＜0.05).Conclusion The levels of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,and APN in pSS patients are abnormal,and these indices are correlated with disease-related indices such as RF,IgM,and IgG.关键词
