基于CiteSpace分析围手术期低体温护理研究热点及前沿
Research hotspots and frontiers of perioperative hypothermia nursing based on CiteSpace analysis

Abstract
Objective To visually analyze the relevant literature on inadvertent perioperative hypothermia(IPH)nursing,explore its research hotspots and trends,and provide reference for future temperature management of surgical patients.Methods CiteSpace 5.8.R4 bibliometric software was used to visualize and analyze IPH nursing related literature included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from January 2017 to April 2024.Results A total of 1717 articles were included,and the annual publication volume showed an overall upward trend.The author with the highest publication volume was Zhang Li,and the institutions with the highest publication volume were the School of Nursing,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,and the Operating Room of Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University.The research focused on three aspects of risk factors,insulation care,and complications for the occurrence of IPH,among which anesthesia resuscitation,elderly patients,and surgical patients have always been research hotspots for the prevention of IPH.The occurrence and risk factors of stress response caused by IPH are at the forefront of research.Conclusion There are few core authors in IPH nursing research,and cooperation between different teams and institutions is weak.Currently,the focus is on the prevention and care of hypothermia in patients before and during surgery,and there is a lack of postoperative recovery period temperature care.Moreover,there is no complete perioperative patient temperature care plan.In the future,nursing intervention plans should be further improved to promote patient recovery.关键词
