基于古今医案云平台探讨五苓散类方应用特点及用药规律
Investigation on the application characteristics and medication rules of Wuling Powder prescriptions based on the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records

Abstract
Objective To utilize the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records(V2.3.7)and analyze the application characteristics and medication rules of Wuling Powder prescriptions.Methods Taking China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Wanfang Database as data sources,the research literature of clinical application of Wuling powder prescriptions from March 6,2014 to March 6,2024 was retrieved,Excel documents were established,the relevant data were entered into the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records,and the data were analyzed.Results A total of 303 medical records were included,with 150 prescriptions and 345 types of Chinese materia medica.The most dominant disease treated by traditional Chinese medicine was edema,while the most dominant disease treated by Western medicine was diarrhea.High frequency drugs included poria cocos,cmnamomi mmulus,atractylodes macrocephala,rhizoma alismatis,polyporus umbellatus,etc.They were mild and warm in nature,sweet and pungent in taste,and spleen and lung meridians were the main meridian tropism.Cluster analysis revealed 3 types of Chinese materia medica combinations,and association analysis found that the most commonly used drug combination was"cmnamomi mmulus-poria cocos".The core drugs obtained by complex network analysis included poria cocos,cmnamomi mmulus,atractylodes macrocephala,rhizoma alismatis,polyporus umbellatus,root of herbaceous peony,roasted licorice,ginger,monkshood,bran fried atractylodes,and dried ginger.Conclusion Most of the drugs in Wuling Powder prescriptions are diuresis and diffusing dampness,relieving superficies,deficiency-tonifying and interior-warming drugs,which provide reference for the compatibility and application of Wuling Powder prescriptions.关键词
