基于R语言探析穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎的选穴规律OA

目的 研究穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的选穴规律.方法 运用计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普三大中文数据库自建库至2023年11月有关穴位贴敷治疗AR的临床文献,建立穴位贴敷治疗AR的数据库,运用Rstudio-2023.12.1-402 软件对数据进行统计描述、聚类分析、关联规则分析.结果 共纳入文献 52 篇,提取穴位贴敷处方 52 条,涉及腧穴 38 个,累计使用频次 287 次,使用频次前 5 位的腧穴依次为肺俞BL13、大椎DU14、脾俞BL20、肾俞BL23、风门BL12;选用经络频次最高的为足太阳膀胱经;关联性最强的腧穴组合为脾俞-肾俞;聚类分析可得到 5 个聚类群.结论 穴位贴敷治疗AR以肺俞、大椎、脾俞、肾俞、风门为核心腧穴组.

Objective To study the law of acupoint selection in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)by acupoint application.Methods The computer was used to search for clinical literature related to acupoint application for AR in three major Chinese databases,CNKI,Wanfang,and Weipu,from the establishment of the database until November 2023.A database for acupoint application therapy for AR was established,and Rstudio-2023.11-402 software was used for statistical description,cluster analysis,and association rule analysis of the data.Results A total of 52 articles were included,and 52 acupoint application prescriptions were extracted,involving 38 acupoints,with a cumulative frequency of 287 times.The top five acupoints with the highest usage frequency in turn were Feishu BL13,Dazhui DU14,Pishu BL20,Shenshu BL23,and Fengmen BL12.The foot solar bladder meridian was selected as the meridian with the highest frequency.The most relevant acupoint combination was Pishu-Shenshu.Five clusters can be obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion Acupoint application therapy for AR focuses on the core acupoint groups of Feishu,Dazhui,Pishu,Shenshu,and Fengmen.
