归脾安魂汤治疗失眠的临床效果
Clinical efficacy of Guipi Anhun Decoction on insomnia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Guipi Anhun Decoction on insomnia.Methods A total of 120 insomnia patients admitted to and treated in Taicang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the experimental group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with estazolam.The control group was combined with Wuling Capsule,while the experimental group was combined with Guipi Anhun Decoction.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,sleep quality,dosage of estazolam and adverse emotions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the overall response rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome score,PSQI score,HAMD score and HAMA score of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).During the treatment process,the total dose of estazolam in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Guipi Anhun Ddecoction can improve sleep quality and accompanying syndromes,and relieve adverse emotions,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
