国医大师郑新"从咽论治"IgA肾病经验
Experience of treating IgA nephropathy based on the treating from pharynx by master of traditional Chinese medicine Zheng Xin
摘要
Abstract
IgA nephropathy(IgAN)is the most common primary glomerular disease in China,mainly characterized by hematuria,proteinuria,and renal failure in the later stages of the disease.Master of traditional Chinese medicine Zheng Xin believes that the basic pathogenesis of IgAN is based on deficiency and excess,and has found a close relationship between the pharynx and the onset of IgAN.The treatment of IgAN based on the treating from pharynx can often achieve significant therapeutic effects.Therefore,the basic treatment principles of strengthening the foundation,protecting the pharynx,preventing changes,dispersing wind,detoxifying,and promoting pharynx have been established.Clinical experience has been summarized to form an effective formula called"Liyan Tang",which often achieves good therapeutic effects in clinical practice.This paper systematically summarizes Professor Zheng Xin's clinical experience in treating IgAN based on the treating from pharynx can often achieve significant therapeutic effects,and demonstrates his treatment approach through practical cases.关键词
