毛以林治疗膝关节退行性病变验案举隅
Examples of Mao Yilin's experience in treating degenerative diseases of knee joint
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes two cases and analyzes Professor Mao Yilin's dialectical approach to treating knee joint degenerative diseases,in order to introduce Professor Mao Yilin's clinical experience.Professor Mao Yilin,based on the theory of qi,blood,yin and yang,believes that the basic pathogenesis of degenerative knee joint disease in middle-aged and elderly people is treated from the perspective of liver and kidney.Kidney deficiency and bone marrow lack nourishment,while liver deficiency and muscle and bone lack nourishment.In clinical practice,the main approach is to nourish the liver and kidney,and flexible medication is used to treat lower limb pain from the perspective of liver and kidney,achieving optimal results.This article elaborates on clinical experience from two aspects:etiology,pathogenesis,and diagnosis and treatment characteristics,and provides empirical evidence to provide reference for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of knee joint degenerative diseases.关键词
