Effect of midwife-led precise nutrition management during pregnancy combined with dancing for birth on delivery outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of midwife-led precise nutrition management during pregnancy combined with dancing for birth on the delivery outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From March 2022 to March 2024,160 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in Dongguan Nancheng Hospital were selected retrospectively.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(80 cases,routine nursing and education)and observation group(80 cases,precise nutrition management and dance nursing intervention).The blood glucose control,blood glucose compliance rate,natural delivery rate and delivery outcome were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hour postprandial glucose(2hPG)and hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The blood glucose rate in the observation group(87.50%)was higher than that in the control group(65.00%),and the natural delivery rate in the observation group(77.50%)was higher than that in the control group(67.50%),with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The total incidence of premature delivery,macrosomia and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group(3.75%)was lower than that in the control group(13.75%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Midwife-led precise nutrition management during pregnancy combined with dancing for birth can reduce the blood glucose index of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,improve the blood glucose compliance rate,and have a positive effect on reducing adverse delivery outcomes,so it is recommended to be popularized and applied.关键词
