中心静脉压监测以及针对性护理对ICU危重患儿预后的影响
The effect of central venous pressure monitoring and targeted nursing on the prognosis of critically ill children in the ICU

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of central venous pressure(CVP)monitoring and targeted nursing on the prognosis of critically ill children in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 101 critically ill children undergoing cardiac surgery treated in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit of Xiamen Children's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=51)according to the random number table method.CVP monitoring was implemented in both groups.On this basis,routine nursing was given in the control group,and targeted nursing was given in the observation group.Vital signs,symptom indexes,cardiac function indexes and adverse events in the two groups were compared.Results Comparison of CVP and lactate values between the two groups after nursing showed no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05).The heart rate and respiratory rate were lower,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher in the observation group than those in the control group after nursing,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Scores of the modified faces,legs,activity,cry and consolability scale and face rating scale were lower,and the left ventricular ejection fraction and stroke volume were higher in the observation group than those in the control group after nursing,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse events,such as arrhythmia,heart failure,respiratory failure,and cardiogenic shock was lower in the observation group than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion CVP monitoring as well as targeted care can effectively stabilize the vital signs of critically ill children in the ICU,reduce postoperative pain,improve cardiac function,and reduce the risk of adverse events,contributing to an improved prognosis.关键词
