重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者唤醒护理干预最佳证据的循证实践
Evidence-based practice of awakening nursing intervention for comatose patients with severe traumatic brain injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the awakening nursing intervention plan for comatose patients with severe traumatic brain injury and evaluate its application effect.Methods A total of 40 patients with severe traumatic brain injury complicated with coma in the Neurosurgery Department,Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from November 2022 to June 2023 were collected.From November 2022 to February 2023,20 cases were in the baseline review group,and from March to June 2023,20 cases were in the evidence application group.The best evidence application plan was constructed and implemented using evidence-based nursing methods.The Glasgow coma scale(GCS)scores of patients and the awareness of awakening knowledge among nursing staff were compared before and after the application of evidence.Results After 2 weeks of evidence application,the GCS score of patients in the evidence application group was(11.10±2.63)points,which was higher than the baseline review group's(7.55±0.76)points.Nursing staff's knowledge of awakening nursing interventions increased from(56.38±22.05)points to(84.54±10.36)points,and the implementation rate of nursing staff and caregivers significantly improved,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Applying the best evidence of awakening nursing intervention to patients with severe traumatic brain injury can promote awakening,shorten hospitalization time,and facilitate early recovery.关键词
