CBL联合PBL与TBL教学模式在心内科胸痛教学中的应用研究
Research on the application of CBL combined with PBL and TBL teaching model in chest pain teaching in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of case-based learning(CBL),combined with problem-based learning(PBL)and team-based learning(TBL)in chest pain teaching in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine.Methods A total of 75 undergraduate interns in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January to April 2024 were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=37)and the control group(n=38).The control group was treated with the conventional teaching model,while the experimental group was treated with the teaching models of CBL,combined with PBL and TBL.At the end of the internship,when interns completed their courses,the examination results,self-evaluation,teaching quality evaluation and internship effect evaluation of the two groups of students were compared.Results The examination results,self-evaluation,teaching quality evaluation scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The evaluation of internship effect showed that the clinical thinking ability,practical operation ability,comprehensive quality,and humanistic care quality in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL combined with PBL and TBL in the teaching of chest pain diagnosis and treatment in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge level and comprehensive clinical practice ability of medical students,enhance students'learning interest and satisfaction,and provide new ideas and methods for clinical teaching in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine.关键词
