戴明环教学法对麻醉学住院医师规范化培训教学质量的影响
Influence of Deming cycle teaching method on teaching quality of standardized training for residents in anesthesiology
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of the Deming cycle teaching method in the standardized training of anesthesiologists.Methods From July 2022 to July 2023,60 students who received standardized resident training in the Department of Anesthesiology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number method,with 30 students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the observation group used Deming cycle teaching method.The teaching time of both groups was 4 weeks.The theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,teaching content evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of clinical skills and theoretical knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The students in the observation group rated the teaching content and teaching satisfaction higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Deming cycle teaching method in the teaching of anesthesiology discipline training has obvious teaching effect,which can effectively improve the teaching quality and meet the needs of discipline training students.关键词
