摘要

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impacts of teachers'simulation application of standardized patients in gynecological clinical teaching on teaching quality.Methods Interns admitted to the Department of Gynecology in the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from March to August 2022 were taken as the control group(n=34),and they were treated with conventional teaching mode in the clinical teaching.Interns admitted to the Department of Gynecology in the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from September 2022 to February 2023 were taken as the observation group(n=34),and they were treated with teacher's simulation application of standardized patients in the clinical teaching.The graduation performances,autonomous learning abilities and teaching qualities of the two groups of interns were compared.Results After the clinical teaching,the total score of graduation performances of interns in the observation group was(91.29±6.20)points,higher than(82.63±6.72)points in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The score of autonomous learning ability scale in the observation group was(91.88±12.88)points,higher than(82.99±13.30)points in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The communication ability between doctors and patients,learning interest,knowledge expansion ability,clinical thinking ability and problem-solving ability of the observation group were all superior to those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The teachers'simulation application of standardized patients in gynecological clinical teaching is helpful to improve interns'graduation performance,enhance their autonomous learning ability and further upgrade the teaching quality.
