基于病案首页的神经外科住院绩效分析
Analysis of hospitalization performance of Department of Neurosurgery based on the medical record homepage
摘要
Abstract
Objective To achieve rational allocation of resources and improve medical efficiency,based on the hospitalization performance analysis of the Department of Neurosurgery disease diagnosis related group(DRG)on the medical record homepage,combined with the core indices of Department of Neurosurgery medical level.Methods A total of 6217 inpatient medical record homepages discharged from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 1 to December 31,2023 were selected.The performance of inpatient medical service for nervous system diseases in July 1 to December 31,2023 was evaluated by using conventional indices,such as the number of DRG groups,relative weight(RW),total DRG,case-mix index(CMI),cost consumption index,time consumption index,operation classification and disease structure.Results There were 6,217 patients discharged from the Department of Neurosurgery.The total number of DRG was 12 736.72,the CMI value was 2.0487,the number of DRG groups was 151,the cost index was 1.01,and the time index was 0.99.There were 3107 patients with RW≥2,accounting for 49.97%.There were 4024 patients with surgery,accounting for 64.73%.Meanwhile,there were a total of 3118 patients with grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ,accounting for 77.49%.Conclusion Department of Neurosurgery mainly treats difficult and severe cases,and the results reflected by DRG hospitalization performance are scientific and objective.关键词
