基于中焦枢纽探析《千金方》儿科病症下法应用
Exploration on the application of purgative therapy for pediatric diseases in Qian Jin Fang based on the pivot theory of middle Jiao
摘要
Abstract
This article studies the discussion of pediatric diseases in Beiji Qianjin Yao Fang and Qianjin Yi Fang(hereinafter collectively referred to as Qian Jin Fang),analyzes its characteristics of using purgative medthod for pediatric diseases and syndromes,and summarizes the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diseases in Qian Jin Fang-taking middle jiao as the pivot.Combining with modern academic viewpoints of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine such as syndrome of accumulated heat in stomach and intestine,it proposes the basic principle of prevention and treatment of pediatric diseases,which is'regulating and facilitating the middle jiao'.Through the comprehensive application of various methods such as drug treatment,diet conditioning,massage,and acupuncture,it can effectively regulate the spleen and stomach function,restore the normal transportation and transformation of the middle jiao,and promote the healthy growth of children.At the same time,this article proposes the'archaeological'research idea of'determining the version-understanding the whole picture-exploring clues-gaining new knowledge'for classic Chinese medicine literature,making the past serve the present,and providing a new model for the inheritance and research of SUN Simiao.关键词
