《备急千金要方》心系病症"针药结合"思想探析
Exploration on thoughts of acupuncture-moxibustion and medicine combination of heart disease from Beiji Qianjin Yao Fang
摘要
Abstract
The treatment of heart diseases,which are characterized by a long duration,complexity,and ferocity of the disease,has attracted much attention.SUN Simiao's view that'a good doctor should know acupuncture-moxibustion and medicine'reflects the early idea of acupuncture-moxibustion and medicine combination.This article summarizes the characteristics of the selection of medicine and acupoint in the three heart diseases of chest discomfort,fright palpitation,and epilepsy in the Beiji Qianjin Yao Fang,including reusing of warm and windy medicines,rich types of preparations,reusing of moxibustion,mostly to save the emergency,emphasizing co-regulation between multiple internal organs,unblocking the meridians.It further clarified that'syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera and meridians'is the core content of acupuncture-moxibustion and medicine combination.It is hoped inherit and carry forward SUN Simiao's academic thoughts,enrich the theory of acupuncture-moxibustion and medicine combination,and broaden the ideas for the treatment of heart diseases with acupuncture-moxibustion and medicine combination.关键词
