Abstract
As the main process of stabilization,landfill gas are the main by-products of sanitary landfill.Its main compo-nent,methane,has a very high economic value.In this paper,the increase of the ambient temperature and the increase of the gene copy number of mcra of methanogens also increased,but the increase range was limited after the temperature ex-ceeded 33.2 ℃,indicating that the high reactor temperature is not necessarily beneficial to improve the activity of methano-gens.The leachate can effectively improve the chemical oxygen demand(CODcr),five-day biochemical oxygen demand(BOD5),total organic carbon(TOC)and total nitrogen(TN)content in the garbage body,and thus promote the concen-tration of methane in landfill gas.The B/C and C/N of the leachate are lower than that of the landfill gas methane content,which indicates that the biochemical degradability of the leachate and the relative degradation degree of carbon and nitrogen organic matter indicate the gas production characteristics and methane content of the landfill body,and the recharge meas-ures have a positive influence on the landfill gas methane generation.关键词
