摘要

Abstract

In order to optimize the anaerobic digestion process of vegetable waste,the waste of lettuce was used as raw ma-terial.The batch fermentation experiments were carried out on the raw materials placed in refrigerated(4 ℃),frozen(0 ℃),room temperature after 6 days and the crushed raw materials.The fermentation temperature was controlled at(35±1)℃.The results showed that the TS content was reduced by 25%after the vegetable waste was crushed and placed under aerobic conditions at room temperature for 6 days,which could alleviate the crusting of the upper floating matter.Improve the gas production rate,so that the gas production is concentrated in the first 6 days,reduce energy consumption,improve treat-ment efficiency;the gas production rate of the raw materials placed at room temperature for 6 days is 25%higher than that of the crushed raw materials.Each ton of raw materials can produce about 2.56 m3 more biogas,and the CH4 content can be significantly improved,and the CH4 content can reach 64.4%.The process can help vegetable waste anaerobic digestion project to improve the gas production rate and methane production,reduce energy consumption,and the process is simple and easy to operate,less investment.
