以金属铁粉和对苯二甲酸为主要原料,通过水热合成法制备新型金属有机骨架吸附材料MKA-200Fe.该材料不仅具有低毒、成本低等优势,还具备较好的热稳定性和水稳定性,拥有广阔的应用场景.对吸附材料进行了红外和X射线光电子能谱(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy,XPS)表征分析,研究其对放射性重金属污染废水的吸附效果.研究表明,随着pH值的增大,Eu、Cs元素的吸附量逐渐增大,当pH为 8 的时候,吸附材料达到饱和,吸附量达到最大;吸附材料对Eu的吸附能力高于Cs元素,Eu的最大吸附量为 65 mg/g,Cs的最大吸附量为 48.5 mg/g;随着时间的推移,吸附材料对Eu、Cs元素吸收量缓慢增加,Eu的吸附量比Cs的吸附量高;当吸附时间达到 150 min的时候,两种元素的吸附量达到最大值;K+对Eu的吸附量有促进作用,对其他 3 种离子有抑制作用,根据抑制能力的大小排序为Ca2+>Mg2+>Na+;4 种离子对Cs的吸附起到显著的抑制作用,按照抑制能力的大小排序为K+>Na+>Ca2+>Mg2+.

A new metal organic framework adsorbent material MKA-200Fe was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis using metal iron powder and terephthalic acid as the main raw materials.This material not only has the advantages of low toxicity and low cost,but also has good thermal and water stability,and has a wide range of application scenarios.The adsorption material was characterized and analyzed by infrared and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS)to study its adsorption effect on radioactive heavy metal contaminated wastewater.Research has shown that as the pH value increases,the adsorption capacity of Eu and Cs elements gradually increases;when the pH is 8,the adsorption material reaches saturation and the adsorption capacity reaches its maximum;the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent material for Eu is higher than that for Cs element,with a maximum adsorption capacity of 65 mg/g for Eu and 48.5 mg/g for Cs;with the passage of time,the absorption of Eu and Cs elements by the adsorbent material slowly increases,with Eu having a higher adsorption capacity than Cs;when the adsorption time reaches 150 min,the adsorption capacity of the two elements reaches its maximum value;K+has a promoting effect on the adsorption of Eu and an inhibitory effect on the other three ions,ranked in the order of Ca2+>Mg2+>Na+according to their inhibitory ability;Four ions have a significant inhibitory effect on the adsorption of Cs,ranked in order of inhibitory ability as K+>Na+>Ca2+>Mg2+.
