微波消解和电热板消解下石墨炉原子吸收法测定土壤中钒OA
Determination of Vanadium in Soil by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry under Microwave Digestion and Electric Heating Plate Digestion
分别采用微波消解和电热板消解对样品进行前处理,并采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定土壤中的钒.结果表明:当浓度为 0~200 μg/L时,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数为 0.999 4;方法检出限为 0.3 mg/kg,测定下限为 1.2 mg/kg;标准样品测定值在保证值范围内,方法精密度和准确度较好,适用于土壤中钒的定量分析.
Microwave digestion and electric heating plate digestion were respectively used for sample pretreatment,and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine vanadium in soil.The results showed that the concentration range was 0~200 μg/L,and the standard curve had good linearity with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 4;the detection limit of the method is 0.3 mg/kg,and the lower limit of determination is 1.2 mg/kg;the measured values of the standard sample are within the guaranteed range,and the method has good precision and accuracy,and is suitable for quantitative analysis of vanadium in soil.
