摘要
Abstract
Taking the drainage pipeline of a certain industrial park as the research object,this study compares and analyzes the technical characteristics of point in-situ solidification method,stainless steel rapid locking method,ultraviolet curing method,expansion tube method,and cement mortar spraying method non excavation repair process from multiple aspects such as applicable pipe diameter,pipe material,and defects.Five process usage conditions are proposed to meet the repair needs of different positions,types,and grades of defects.After applying five non excavation repair techniques in the project,the influent Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD)concentration increased by 72.3%.The research results indicate that selecting the most reasonable repair method can effectively improve the quality of the project,shorten the construction period,and reduce the impact on the environment and traffic.关键词
