Abstract
In recent years,global climate change and environmental protection have received increasing attention,in order to reduce carbon emissions,many countries have proposed carbon peak and carbon neutrality(referred to as dual carbon)targets.China is a populous country,and the development of the construction industry and waste management directly affect the total carbon emissions.The large-scale generation and treatment of construction waste are not only related to environmental quality,but also to the effective utilization of resources and sustainable development.Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(referred to as Xinjiang)is rich in resources,vast in territory,and sparsely populated.Based on the current situation of construction waste disposal in Xinjiang,the challenges faced by the resource utilization of construction waste are revealed,and the strategies are proposed to promote the resource utilization of construction waste,in order to help Xinjiang achieve its dual carbon target.关键词
