Abstract
Taking the Xizi Industrial Park in Ningcheng county,Chifeng city,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the specific application of the"three lines and one order"control requirements in the planning and environmental impact assessment of the park.By analyzing the current situation of the park environment,dividing environmental control units,formulating zoning control requirements and environmental control measures,a complete environmental management system has been constructed.Practice has shown that by implementing ecological environment zoning control,the park has achieved significant results in planning optimization and adjustment,environmental quality improvement,resource utilization efficiency enhancement,and industrial access control.关键词
