碳排放权交易政策的减污降碳协同治理效应研究
Study on the Synergistic Governance Effect of Carbon Emission Trading Policy on Pollution Reduction and Carbon Reduction
摘要
Abstract
Based on the panel data of 30 provincial panels in China from 2007 to 2021,the Difference in Differences(DID)is used to study the impact of the carbon emission trading policy on the pollution reduction and carbon reduction.The results show that the carbon emission trading policy can promote the synergistic emission reduction of SO2 and PM2.5 while reducing CO2 emissions,that is,the carbon emission trading policy has a significant synergistic effect of pollution reduction and carbon reduction;synergistic governance effects in the eastern,central and western regions show variability,the western region shows the most significant effect,followed by the central region,and the effect in the eastern region is relatively small;adjusting the energy consumption structure and controlling the intensity of energy consumption are the key paths for the carbon emissions trading policy to achieve the synergistic governance effect of reducing pollution and carbon.关键词
