摘要
Abstract
Preventing the risks of low-carbon energy transformation is the key to promoting ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.This article takes the Yellow River basin as the research object,analyzes the risks,challenges,existing problems,and reasons in the process of low-carbon energy transformation in the Yellow River basin,and proposes targeted response strategies to provide decision-making references for formulating relevant policies.关键词
