摘要
Abstract
Gorham-Stout disease(GSD)is a rare clinical condition that is easily misdiagnosed and mismanaged,which leads to osteolysis and a series of complications eventually.This article reports the clinical features and treatment process of a patient with GSD with left radius and ulna pathological fracture and reviews the relevant litera-ture to discuss the pathogenesis,clinical features,and latest treatment options of GSD.It suggests that the key to the treat-ment of GSD is early prevention and control to suppress the progression of the disease,and the treatment should be tailored to each individual.At the same time,anti-osteoporosis treatment should be given to prevent further osteolysis.关键词
