摘要
Abstract
Copper,as an essential trace element,demonstrates significant potential in the treatment of orthopedic diseases.This review comprehensively analyzes the role of copper in cellular metabolism,with a particular focus on cuproptosis and its critical impact on bone health.It explores the mechanisms of copper in orthopedic disease treatment,examining its role from cellular metabolism to bone repair.Given the advantages of copper and copper-contai-ning materials in treating orthopedic diseases,future research should focus on precise dosage control and evaluating the long-term effects of copper use.Furthermore,it should explore how copper can be integrated with other therapeutic strate-gies to optimize treatment outcomes and minimize potential side effects.关键词
