Mendelian randomization study of osteoporosis
摘要
Abstract
With the emergence and development of Mendelian randomization(MR)as a research method,MR studies on osteoporosis(OP)have been increasing,providing more reliable technical support for studying the influencing factors of OP.The authenticity of previous studies has been further validated.Through MR studies,we can better explore the causal relationships related to OP.This review summarizes the latest progress in MR research on OP.The relationship between OP and many factors such as life,disease and biochemistry was analyzed.关键词
