基于网络药理学及分子对接技术分析四逆汤防治畜禽腹泻作用的机制
Mechanism of Sini Decoction in Preventing and Treating Livestock and Poultry Diarrhea Based on Network Pharmacology Analysis and Molecular Docking Technology
摘要
Abstract
Based on network pharmacology and molecular docking technology,the effective components of Sini Decoction and its mechanism of prevention and treatment of animal diarrhea were analyzed,and the effective components,action targets,the relationship between targets and diarrhea targets and enrichment pathways of Sini Decoction were predicted.The results showed that Sini decoction may act on TP53,AKT1,STAT3 and other targets through potential active ingredients such as Medilac,glycyrrhizin,naringenin,kaempferol and quercetin,and play an anti diarrhea effect in livestock and poultry by interfering with anti-inflammatory related pathways such as age-race,IL-17 and TNF.关键词
