莽草酸合酶基因aro家族的生物信息学研究
Evolutionary Study of the Aro Family of Shikimate Synthase Genes based on Bioinformatics
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate effective biological elements of the Aro family of important enzyme genes involved in the shikimic acid production pathway this study examined the biosynthesis pathway of shikimic acid and its potential derivatives,examined the evolution of the key enzyme gene aro family involved in shikimic acid synthesis,modeled its tertiary structure,and examined its docking with substrate molecules,laying the groundwork for future screening of shikimic acid biosynthetic enzymes,.The three-level structure of the aroA,aroB,aroD,aroE,and aroG genes was modeled,molecular docking dynamics simulations were performed,and an aro family ML evolutionary tree was successfully built.To determine the aro family's metabolic function,analyze its signal peptides and phosphorylation sites.关键词
