职业院校教师数字素养培育的动因、价值与路径
The Motivation,Value,and Path of Cultivating Digital Literacy Among Vocational College Teachers

Abstract
Improving the digital literacy of vocational college teachers is a key measure to deepen the digital transformation of vocational education and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.The release of the industry standard"Teacher Digital Literacy"has pointed out the direction for the cultivation of digital literacy among vocational college teachers.For grasping the global context led by international digital literacy research,macro strategic guidance guided by national policy documents,and the practical needs of adapting to the development trend of the digital age,the cultivation of digital literacy among vocational college teachers has become extremely urgent.By cultivating the digital literacy of vocational college teachers,it can add momentum to the development of the digital economy,cultivate internal strength for the professional development of vocational college teachers,and reshape the new ecosystem of vocational education and enhance its cohesion.Based on this,vocational college teachers'digital literacy should explore the cultivation path from three dimensions:breaking through the cocoon,expanding the foundation,and returning to rationality.关键词
