摘要

Abstract

The comprehensive education of"Job Course Competition Certificate"is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era,and it is also an important carrier for innovating talent training models and deepening the integration of industry and education.The Art and Design major of Changshu High-tech Park Vocational School focuses on the in-depth exploration of the"Job Course Competition Certificate"integrated talent training model,researching the integration of industry skill standards and talent training system,and specifically connecting with the teaching practice of interface designer(junior)major.In the process of professional teaching reform,the school has analyzed and implemented professional teaching reform strategies from multiple dimensions by optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening the construction of teacher capacity,promoting the modernization transformation of textbook content,and innovating teaching methods.The aim is to enhance students'job adaptability and professional competitiveness,and provide new perspectives and practical paths for the cultivation of art and design professionals.
