基于网络评价和现场访谈的桨板运动疗愈作用研究OA

为探究桨板运动的疗愈作用,文章以上海市青浦区15家桨板运动俱乐部的游客网络评价和现场访谈资料为研究对象,分析桨板运动吸引游客的特征要素与取悦游客的作用机制.从大众点评和美团App获取网络评价,通过自然语言分析法和偏相关分析法提取网络评价中的疗愈要素;同时对90位游客进行现场访谈,分析其对桨板运动的体验感受,并提出提升疗愈作用的策略.结果显示,桨板运动在运动技能、活动环境和社交互动3个方面具有显著的疗愈作用.运动技能可以增强肢体平衡稳定性和耐力,减轻心理压力;活动环境通过强化五感体验和积极暗示,促进身心放松;社交互动则通过陪伴和交流减轻焦虑感.研究还提出了基于运动技能的路线规划策略、基于活动环境的景观设计策略和基于社交互动的服务规划策略.

To explore the therapeutic effects of stand-up paddling(SUP),the article takes the network reviews and on-site interview data from 15 SUP clubs in Qingpu District,Shanghai,as research objects,analyzing the characteristic elements of SUP that attract tourists and the mechanisms of its appeal.Network reviews were obtained from Dianping and Meituan Apps,and therapeutic elements were extracted using natural language analysis and partial correlation analysis.Additionally,on-site interviews with 90 tourists were conducted to analyze their experiences with SUP and to propose strategies for enhancing its therapeutic effects.The results show that SUP has significant therapeutic effects in three aspects:exercise skills,activity environment,and social interaction.Exercise skills enhance limb balance,stability,and endurance,and reduce psychological stress.The activity environment promotes physical and mental relaxation through enhanced sensory experiences and positive psychological suggestions.Social interaction alleviates anxiety through companionship and communication.The study also proposes strategies for route planning based on exercise skills,landscape design based on the activity environment,and service planning based on social interaction.
