摘要

Abstract

In order to accurately predict the benefits of the ocean stereoscopic observation system in disaster prevention and mitigation,this study introduces key aspects such as data collection and processing,and the selection of principal components in marine disaster loss assessment.It deeply analyzes the role of the observation system in reducing marine disaster losses.Based on the determination of probability distribution functions,benefit prediction and comprehensive analysis were conducted.The results show that the ocean stereoscopic observation system can significantly enhance the capabilities of marine disaster prevention and mitigation systems.Through precise observation and data analysis,it effectively controls marine disaster losses,providing strong support for marine safety.
