Research on the development path of digital production management in enterprises under the background of new quality productivity
摘要
Abstract
By leveraging advanced digital technology,enterprises can promote innovation and transformation in their own management models,thereby enhancing management efficiency and quality in areas such as production management.Meanwhile,with the deepening of digital transformation,enterprises are gradually forming new quality productivity,thereby enhancing their core competitiveness.Based on my own practical experience,I will elaborate on the connotation and characteristics of new quality productivity,the relationship between new quality productivity and enterprise digitization,and the opportunities and challenges currently faced by enterprise digitization.I will attempt to propose the development path of digital production management in enterprises under the background of new quality productivity,in order to provide reference for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.关键词
