日本平腹小蜂滞育幼虫的表型研究
Phenotypic study on diapause larvae of Anastatus japonicus Ashmead
摘要
Abstract
Anastatus japonicus Ashmead is a dominant egg parasitic wasp for various bug pests, entering diapause as mature larvae. In this study, the body weight, body length, body width and body color of mature larvae of A.japonicus in non-diapause,diapause and diapause-terminated states were measured.Additionally, the changes of lipid droplets within the larvae were observed using Nile red staining. The results showed a gradual decrease in body weight and grayscale value of body color during diapause, while the body length shortened with no significant change in body width.Compared to non-diapause larvae, the lipid droplets in the body cavity of diapause larvae gradually decreased with the prolongation of diapause period, along with an accumulation of lipid droplets near the body surface. These results indicate that lipids serve as the main energy source during diapause of A.japonicus, and are progressively consumed over time. The accumulation of lipid droplets near the larval body surface likely aids in enhancing the freezing resistance of diapause individuals. This study lays a foundation for further research into the diapause mechanism of A.japonicus.关键词
