Vocational Education Empowering the High-quality Population Development:Logics and Paths
摘要
Abstract
The high-quality population development provides historical opportunities and strategic requirements for vocational education. In solving the problems of low birth rates,aging population,and regional population up-down varies,vocational education can play a great role. The inevitable logics of vocational education empowering high-quality population development are as follows:the inherent requirements of the innovative theory of high-quality population development,the logical necessity of adapting the "two-type production" theory to the Chinese context and needs of the times,and the urgent need to leverage the spillover effects of technical and vocational skills. To make sure that vocational education can empower the high-quality population development,we should promote ecological integration between vocational education and general education to alleviate educational anxiety;push forward the reform of vocational education to cater to the elderly to tap into the dividends of longevity;and promote the local development of vocational education to enhance regional stickiness.关键词
