High-quality Population Development and Reform and Innovation of Vocational Education:Logics and Paths
摘要
Abstract
There is an inherent coupling relationship between high-quality population development and vocational education. Vocational education plays a crucial role in promoting high-quality population development. In the face of future population trends such as aging,declining birth rates and regional population differentiation,the development of vocational education in China is facing new prominent problems. It is urgent for us to optimize the allocation of vocational education resources,develop vocational education for aging,and unleash the talent dividend of vocational education. To cope with future population changes and support Chinese-style modernization with high-quality population development,China's vocational education needs to fully implement the mission of the times to promote high-quality population development,follow the overall logic,collaborative logic and individual logic,open up the practical paths of innovative development,anchor the goal of high-quality population development,and build a pattern of vocational education resources allocation that adapts to population changes. We should consolidate the foundation for high-quality population development and improve the lifelong vocational education and training system that covers different age structures,deepen the connotation of high-quality population development,implement education and teaching activities with individual student development.关键词
