职业教育新质生产力是新质生产力图景中的重要构成.其以职业教育高质量发展为基本旨归,在时空、结构、科技向度释放出新潜能,是建设教育强国的动力.职业教育新质生产力自身携带的创新属性、质优特征与教育强国建设在新发展理念思想引领、价值创造模式跃迁目标、科技创新内在驱动特质和因地制宜发展过程呈现天然的价值契合性.现阶段,职业教育新质生产力赋能教育强国建设面临着新质人才产出效能式微、区域经济增长贡献乏力、科教融汇激励机制欠缺等现实堵点.深化产教融合,推动全方位业态提质升级;实化"五金"建设,探索新质人才培育模式;强化区域协调,打造高水平全域协同发展;优化制度供给,健全一体化要素流通机制是职业教育新质生产力赋能教育强国建设的实践进路.

The new quality productivity of vocational education is an important component of the new quality productivity landscape. Its fundamental goal is the high-quality development of vocational education,which unleashes new potential in terms of time,space,structure and technology,and is the driving mechanism for building a powerful education country. The innovative attributes and high-quality characteristics carried by the new quality productivity of vocational education have maintained a natural value fit with the construction of a powerful education country in terms of the guidance of new development concepts,the goal of value creation mode transition,the inherent driving characteristics of technological innovation,and the pace of development according to local conditions. At present,the construction of a powerful education country empowered by new quality productivity in vocational education is facing practical obstacles such as the decline in the output efficiency of new quality talents,the weak contribution of regional economic growth,and the lack of incentive mechanisms for the integration of science and education. Practical approaches for empowering the construction of a powerful education country with new quality productivity in vocational education include:deepen the industry-education integration,and promote the upgrading of all dimensional business models;implement the construction of "hardware" and explore new models for cultivating high-quality talents;strengthen regional coordination and create high-level coordinated development across the entire region;optimize institutional supply and improve the integrated factor circulation mechanism.
