摘要

Abstract

The new social contract for education of industry-education integration refers to the agreement and consensus formed in the process of the integration of industry and education system. UNESCO reiterated the nature of the common interests of education and emphasized the important role of the spirit of contract in the development of education in the "Building a new Social Contract for Education",which plays an important guiding role in the improvement of industry-education integration in vocational education. The domestic new social contract for education of industry-education integration should be compared with international standards. On the basis of emphasizing the spirit of contract,clarifying the public interests of industry-education integration,and paying attention to the community with a shared future between industry and education,the social contract should be used as reference to construct the framework,improve the legal system,build a resource-sharing platform,supplement the relationship contract,and innovate the system,so as to construct a new education social contract for education of industry-education integration,so as to achieve the deep industry-education integration and the high-quality technical and skilled personnel training.
