聚集经济理论视域下市域产教联合体运行机制与发展策略
Operation Mechanism and Development Strategies of Municipal Industry-education Alliance from the Perspective of Agglomeration Economy Theory
摘要
Abstract
Based on the agglomeration economy theory,the function of municipal industry-education alliance is to promote the refinement of division of labor and cooperation between enterprises and vocational colleges,and give full play to the mechanisms of sharing infrastructure and industry information,matching jobs and students' innate abilities,and promoting two-way learning between industry and education within the city in the environment of rapid technological innovation through the three major mechanisms of agglomeration economy:matching,learning and sharing,so as to train high-quality technical and skilled personnel who can adapt to the job demand,meet the needs of society,and support the sustainable development of the city. Meanwhile,improving the human capital and welfare of students in vocational colleges,and increasing the productivity and technology level of enterprises. Municipal industry-education alliance requires governments at all levels to strengthen the systematic design of policies,stimulate the active docking and deep integration of enterprises and vocational colleges through the construction of a reasonable interest mechanism,realize the efficient use of resources in the physical and cyber space,fully release the positive externalities of the consortium and cluster economy,and promote the transformation and upgrading of urban industries and sustainable economic development.关键词
