摘要

Abstract

Vocational education is an important force in building a powerful education country. Building a powenful vocational education country is the meaning of the topic of realizing a powerful education country. The construction of the "double-qualified" teacher team is an important fulcrum for the construction of a powerful education country,an important guarantee for the development of vocational education,and an important link to promote the deep integration of industry and education. In the context of building a strong socialist education with Chinese characteristics,"double-qualified" teachers must keep in mind the ideals and beliefs of educating people for the party and the country;cultivate modern craftsmen;focus on the attributes of scientific and technological innovation,improve scientific and technological support;promote high-quality education and teaching to ensure the guarantee of people's livelihood;strengthen the ability to cooperate with education,promote the deep integration of production and education;improve the internationalization level,and cultivate high-quality talents with international perspectives and competitiveness. The high-quality development of the "double-qualified" teacher team should focus on five aspects:strengthen the soul of teachers with the spirit of educators,strengthen the construction of ideology and politics and teacher ethics;build an efficient and collaborative training system to enhance the vitality of educational innovation;strengthen the management of part-time teachers and create "golden teachers" of vocational education;improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism to stimulate the internal motivation of teachers to improve the quality of "double-qualified teachers";create a positive atmosphere of public opinion and improve the professional identity of teachers.
