劳动力市场的深刻变化,导致职业教育改革势在必行.OECD国家在构建未来职业教育体系过程中遵循三大推进逻辑:适应数字化和绿色化社会;提高响应市场的敏捷度;增强职业教育的包容性.在这样的逻辑指导下,OECD国家职业教育着重解决如何促进社会参与、如何拓宽参与人员、如何强化过渡功能以及如何使用数字技术这四大难题.各国纷纷采取改革措施,构建面向未来的职业教育体系:政府引领,促进职业教育与社会合作;精准设计,建立灵活便捷的教育项目;上下联通,强化不同类型教育衔接;提供保障,鼓励创新使用数字化技术.
The labor market is undergoing profound changes,and vocational education reform is taking shape. OECD countries follow three major promotion logics in the process of building future vocational education systems:adapting to a digital and green society;improve agility in responding to the market;enhancing the inclusiveness. Under the guidance of such logics,reform has encountered practical difficulties. The OECD plays an important role in addressing four major challenges:how to promote social participation,how to broaden participation,how to strengthen transitional functions,and how to use digital technology. OECD has taken reform measures to build future vocational education system:promote cooperation between vocational education and society through government guidance,establish flexible and convenient education projects through precise design,strengthen the connection between different types of education through connectivity,and provide guarantees to encourage innovative use of digital technology.
