"人—环境"匹配视域下职业教育人才培养变革研究
Reform of Talent Cultivation in Vocational Education from the Perspective of "Person-Environment"Fit
摘要
Abstract
Examining the fit between vocational education talent cultivation and industrial transformation and upgrading from three dimensions of the"demand-ability"fit,"demand-supply"fit,and"person-organization"fit based on the "person-environment"fit theory,it is found that the"demand-ability"mismatch manifests as students' skills failing to meet the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading,the"demand-supply"mismatch manifests as the cultivation environment being unable to meet students'needs for skill development,and the"person-organization"mismatch manifests as a gap between students'values and the craftsmanship spirit demanded by industrial development.It is suggested to focus on cultivating new skills that meet the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading to achieve the"demand-ability"fit,building a distributed learning ecosystem to achieve the"demand-supply"fit,creating a contextualized learning environment to achieve the"person-organization"fit,and continuously improving the skills prediction system to effectively perceive environmental changes.关键词
